At Studio 1999, we know how important it is to get your order delivered quickly and efficiently. That's why we are pleased to offer 2-3 business day shipping to our customers in Canada and 8 business day shipping to customers in the rest of the world.
All orders will be processed within 24 hours of their placement.
If you have purchased a PRE ORDER item please allow for 2 weeks to process your order.
RETURN POLICY
We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a replacement or refund. We will require proof of the defect, such as a photo or video, in order to process your request. You can process this request under the "CONTACT" tab.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any items unless the product arrives defective. If you have any questions about a specific product, please contact us before making your purchase.
